Set up your email account
Your @missingcoalition.org email account can be set up one of two ways:
- Auto config file method
- Manual setup
Auto config file method
- File a Support Ticket and request the IT/Web Team send you an auto config file to your personal email address.
- You will receive an email with three files attached.
- Open the 'email' attachment.
- Select Yes when prompted to install the profile on your device.
- Enter your provided password or the password you set when logging into your webmail.
Your email should be automatically configured on your device.
If you are unable to use the auto config method, set up your email account manually.
Manual email setup
- Open your mail app and add a new account.
- It will ask you for a few pieces of information:
- Mail server: mail.missingcoalition.org
- Username: Your full email address (i.e.: johnd@missingcoalition.org)
- Password: Your email password
- If you are prompted to enable authentication, do so. Our mail server requires a secure connection.
Your email should now be set up. If you continue to have issues, file a Support Ticket.
